POLICE OFFICER

Individuals must be 21 years old, a citizen of the United States, and a elector of the county in which he/she reside, individuals must provide copy of high school diploma or GED, birth certificate, voter registration card, driver's license, and Social Security Card.

Non-Certified Officers Starting Salary $ 27,000.00 annually

12 hour shifts 171 hour 28 day cycle every other weekend off

Starting Salary $ 20,500.00 annually

8 Hour Shift 40 hours Per 7 Day Work Period

DUTIES:

Answer multiple phone lines

Communicate emergency & non ememercy information via radio system (911 calls for police, fire, & ambulance and relay accurate information to appropriate personnel in a timely manner)

Must have basic computer knowledge

Maintain written and computer radio log
